Set just after the scene when Angelus phones Sunnydale - Release (2003)? - this is the first cartoon in chronological order when the Doctor in his eighth incarnation is no longer wearing the costume from the tv movie (1996) and instead is wearing the costume from Night of the Doctor (2013). I reasoned, when the incarnation's in the first costume for about nine-tenths of his screentime and the other for only one-tenth, then the transition between them in the incarnation's Hero of Three Faces timeline should come at the point, according to my spreadsheet, nine-tenths through. |

| This cartoon is an import from my original fanfiction site, and as such has dialog implying history between the Doctor and Angelus from before Sunnydale which however The Hero of Three Faces has not explored at this writing. Suffice it to say here that, in the stories on the other website, there were two contradictory endings to Ace's story and the BVS crossover was much less pleasant than the other. |
