Causal/social nudity being a common part of the Doctor's travels is in evidence, just two examples, here and here.

This cartoon is linked from the archive page production order columns but not chronological order columns because I remove a cartoon from the chronological order columns when it is no longer part of The Hero of Three Faces continuity.

This cartoon (along with many others) was removed because, after spending the last season and a half of the run of Sleepy Hollow drawing in realtime an alternate universe version in which Mills lives instead of Crane, I realized I'd be happier just ignoring those episodes.

Reynold's dialog here implies the phone calls he was receiving in late season three were from the contemporary version of George Washington's supernatural oversight agency which was to become a staple premise of the next season, but as things fell out the next season it turns out the calls were from the agency of the season's big bad who kidnapped Crane in this season's finale and had held him for months when the new season premiered.
